Ok folks another big update.
Firstly the missions team has been working crazy busy and have added and changed a whole stack of missions, hopefully very shortly we will be adding in the ability to win, Bpoints, Rpoints and Tpoints as mission rewards. – again something you guys have asked for.
The main things i have been working on of course are bug fixes, of which this update fixes 12 issues of varying degrees of difficulty.
Fixed a bug whereby people could resupply parts to a sector under invasion
Fixed a loophole whereby players could unlimited reinforce a sector under invasion, i have deleted & a 4 sector player for abusing this bug without reporting it.
The biggest fix and one you have all been waiting for is that after a succesful claim invasion your troops now stay on the new sector! Not get sent back home! – this one has taken ages to fix but i finally sorted it out, yay.
Congratulations to Roland who won the mech researched of his choice from the new mechs, thanks to everyone who donated to support the game, our programmer has already fixed pirates and is very busy in revamping the Ai, it is not too far away.
The main news however is that the invasion conventions are now locked in and confirmed for dates and city locations.
Invasion Convention #1 Dallas Texas, Sunday the 6th June.
Invasion Convention #2 Chicago Illinois, Saturday the 12th June.
Both of these conventions are of course free to attend, there is a whole heap of give aways, a number competitions to win prizes, Q & A sessions, a good old fashioned talk about upcoming features and where the game is going, also some CBT tabletop for those that want to play them, oh and of course you get the new free convention mech, which is only given to those who attend.
At the conclusion of the convention days we will all head out for a meal and have some drinks.
If you want to know more, have a chat with those that have attended previous conventions, they are a load of fun, and i really look forward to meeting players who i have met before and new people whom i have not met.
Now For both these conventions, as they are a long way from home, i am looking for a volunteer from each city to help me source a venue, and help with the general organisation of the events, if anyone is interested in doing this please open up a help ticket.
So lock these dates in, get into gear, these will be a total blast!

Oh i almost forgot, there was a couple of people whose medals and ranks they sent me but i have not updated them in game yet, or included them in the latest version, can you please re e-mail me with the images and details so i can include them, there was a couple of you that this was for, but like all good IRC messages i cannot remember them.
